By purchasing services from StreetEU you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.
2. Services
StreetEU provides independent advisory and consulting services related to Canadian work-visa programs and the launch of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. We do not guarantee specific immigration or business outcomes.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Decisions you make based on our advice remain your responsibility.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, templates, and written deliverables remain the intellectual property of StreetEU and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetEU's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction and the laws of the seller's jurisdiction where not in conflict.
