Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all advisory and consulting services purchased from StreetEU ("we", "us") through streeteu.biz.

2. Cooling-off period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided that no consulting work has commenced and no consultation calls have been delivered.

3. After services have started

Once a strategy call has been delivered or written deliverables (roadmap, document review, templates) have been provided, the engagement is considered partially fulfilled. In such cases:

  • A pro-rata refund may be issued for work not yet delivered.
  • Refunds are not available for already-completed calls, written reports, or document reviews.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Government, registration, or third-party fees paid on your behalf.
  • Services fully delivered before the refund request.
  • Refusals or denials by immigration authorities — outcomes are not guaranteed and are outside our control.

5. How to request a refund

Email get@streeteu.biz with your order reference and the reason for your request. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us — most situations can be resolved directly and faster. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution.
